In July this year I was diagnosed with cancer and was under the care of Mr Hooman Soleymani and his team, it was an upsetting time, I was treated in a kind, caring and professional manor, when on a few occasions i became anxious they were nothing but calm and reassuring with me.
In September this year I needed to undergo a major operation and spent 6 nights in Wytham Ward, the staff were amazing, always a smile and a kind word when ever they were around.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Soleymani and his whole team at the Churchill Hospital for the wonderful care I received.

I was initially referred to the Churchill Hospital and later transferred to the Manor Hospital for surgery as a private patient

I had major surgery for endometriosis in November 2020. Dr Arambage and his team were brilliant and I have recovered really well. I was well cared for and looked after during my stay and cannot thank staff enough for making me feel safe, particularly the NHS nurses who were working there. I can’t remember the name of one lady but she made me really comfortable.

I'm very grateful to the surgical team, recovery team and all the staff on Wytham Ward who looked after me during my surgery and 5 day stay in hospital. So many of the staff I met were outstanding; professional, calm, thoughtful and reassuring. This had a huge impact on how I was feeling and definitely helped me on the road to recovery.

I have nothing but praise for the Churchill Hospital. I have never had to wait long for a scan and the appointments in the outpatients' department are well timed too. The staff have treated me with respect and concern. I am most grateful to this hospital for looking after me so well.
